Anagram International is Hiring a Product Manager Near Eden Prairie, MN

The Product Manager is a member of a product development team who is responsible for creating and driving the product development process from concept through production for the assigned category. This critical role is responsible for the overall management and performance of the assigned product line, including the establishment and maintenance of a product development plan to ensure all key milestones are achieved. The successful product manager works collaboratively with the creative, marketing, sales and operations teams. This position has full product P&L responsibility which impacts the overall performance of the assigned category.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Executes the category plan to achieve business goals
  • Drives the product development process from concept to production
  • Partners proactively & collaboratively with creative, marketing, sales & operations teams to support as needed to meet business goals
  • Partners with internal cross-functional teams for data needs to facilitate category planning and execution
  • Analyzes costs to ensure the right products are introduced at the right price
  • Owns accountability for database accuracy and line information

Analyzes the category on an ongoing basis to make recommendations for product status changes, add/drops to the line, or recommend line needs.

Skills & Competencies Required:

Business Acumen:

Experience in the product development lifecycle is a required along with strong business and financial acumen. A strong understanding of gross margin. Ability to use data analytics to guide decisions & judgment.

Works to deliver the product development plan and achieve the business goals set for the Everyday category. Puts customer first when making decisions. Strong ability to organize and drive development plans forward to hit deadlines and launch dates.

Problem Solving:

Strong data management and project management skills required. The ability to find solutions and remove obstacle are required; understands the impact of decisions.

Strategic Agility-Understands key relationships relevant to achieving short & long-range objectives.

Champions Change-Not satisfied with the status quo. Offers compelling ideas to advance the business. Leads change from the front.

Qualifications

  • College Degree Required
  • 2-4 Years of Product Development Experience
  • Experience in a Product Management Preferred
  • Advanced Excel & Microsoft Office Skills Required
  • Travel Minimal, but as Needed.
